  • I was overweight, tired, stressed, unfit and had bad posture within a short period of time Simon Chivers with his mix of training, advice and fitness program had me feeling much better. I had more energy and was not feeling tired all time and felt happy within myself. By twelve months with Simon as my PT I had physically become a new person this helped me with work especially and I looked much more fitter and I can now run within the time that it takes to join the army, although I'm too old to join.   • Simon and I trained together for just under a year and I enjoyed working with him. He is a great motivator and always gives great encouragement. He doesn't believe in the words "I Can't" and always made sure that by the end of the session, I knew that "I Can"!
